Southbridge Records Dozen Property Deeds as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Southbridge recorded twelve property deed transfers on July 17 and July 20, but only two listed a sale price. The disclosed sales ranged from $210,000 for 775 Dennison Drive to $240,200 for 498 Dennison Drive, a median of $225,100 based on those two transactions. Dennison Drive saw three of the twelve transfers, the only street with more than one recorded deed. Seven of the twelve deeds involved a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or MERS as buyer or seller. With ten of twelve sale prices undisclosed, the data offers a limited view of the local market's overall price tone this period.
