Dennison Drive saw three of the twelve transfers, the only street with more than one recorded deed. Seven of the twelve deeds involved a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or MERS as buyer or seller. With ten of twelve sale prices not yet recorded, the data offers a limited view of the local market's overall price tone this period.
