The other 12 deeds, including transfers on Fairview Avenue, Hamilton Street, Westwood Parkway, Margaret Street and Ashland Avenue, have no recorded price yet. Nine of the 13 transactions listed a bank or mortgage-servicing entity as grantor or grantee, and no street saw more than one transfer. With price data available for just one of 13 deeds, overall market tone cannot yet be assessed.
