Southbridge recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carried a sale price in registry data by the reporting date. The priciest was 68 Sayles St. at $286,528, sold Aug. 31 by Norman Wadden to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The lowest was 52 Marcy St. at $119,153. The other seven sales, spread across seven different streets, had not yet posted a price, which is typical registry lag rather than withheld information. Six of the nine transfers involved a bank, servicer or loan-holding entity as buyer or seller, and no street had more than one recorded sale this period.
