The $307,800 sale, from Shawn P. and Jean M. Murphy to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Guaranteed Rate Inc, was the period's top recorded transaction. Nine of the 14 deeds involved a bank, mortgage company or federal agency as buyer or seller, and Crestwood Drive had two separate recorded transfers. With a recorded price on only 2 of 14 deeds, the data does not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
